Day 2 of Gawai trip...

Ok, 2nd day. Well basically we were staying in the living room of a malay style house, which was kinda cool, since it was like our first time & everything.
The day before [i forgot to mention this] we actually planned to wake up early to catch the sunrise. The whole family planned to wake up at about 5.30am, to be exact.
At roughly 4 in the morning, my dad started shaking us up, going "7.00 o'clock liao! wake up!"
"Wtf? so fast?" i stared at my watch..
"... 4 nyar leh..."
turns out my father woke up & saw the clock hanging on the wall, a clock that coincidentally, was dead, & stopped at 7.
damn.

i woke up promptly at 5.30, thanks to my handphone's alarm [no reception there, basically it only served AS an alarm during our stay there.... haiz] & went down to witness the glorious sunrise. My mum & sis? they were snoring away.
"Sod the sunrise! i need my sleep!" said my sis, or something like that.










well, i gotta say, the sun rise was B.E.A.Utiful!
Anywayz, after that we roamed around a bit before packing up to leave. (we had to leave. my dad's collegue was saying he wanted to come up in the afternoon & SLAUGHTER A GOOSE FOR US... no thanks... paisey mah)

Anyways, saw this in the Lundu shops...
Well, first thing on my mind was to get one back (fake or not fake..) but.....

We went to Sematan for lunch, took a few pics.






Than we proceeded to Santubong Resort for some luxury after 2 days of roughing it out. Details in final part.

(didn't take much photos of Santubong... C'mon, all of us have been there at least 3 times!)
