Exercise!!!

Haha last night was the first time i sweated, Really sweated since coming to Russia...

3 hours non-stop of basketball at our Sportzal (sportshall) damn exhilirating i tell you... it was snowing quite heavily outside so was glad when i reached the hall at about 9 smtg... It was FULLY-Airconditioned... too bad it wasn't fully heated...
haha it was only slightly warmer than it was outside, so it took us fairly longer to warm up.
Basically we divided into groups of 4 to play 4-on-4, winner stay.

It was damn fun. Left at roughly 12, paid 70 robles (roughly RM10 each) than me & my equally crazy roommate walked back in the snow. Didn't care though, since we were both still hot from the game. I was so dehydrated i kept catching mouthfuls of snow in my mouth. haha. I want to do this every week. At least this will make up for the disappointment of not having Judo in my Uni...
