Fried pasta (kueh tiaw style)
Tried stir-frying pasta using sauce & eggs. Turned out alright, though not up to the standards of Kenyalang market or Tabuan Jaya market (funny how all the markets provide the best fried noodles, huh?)
Just doesn't taste as nice without your mum picking out your taugeh, your dad giving you some of his egg, your sis stealing some of your egg when you're not looking (& vice-versa) or having someone sample a spoonful of your food...
Gonna try Tomato sauce pasta tomorrow... if i'm free... see how it turns out...
