Zoo trip

Ok, i know that this post is waaaayyy overdue, but hey, i've been busy what with Massad & finals & all... but now that my finals are over, i can finally sit down & write this post. Besides,
THE PEOPLE HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW!!!
the entrance from afar

the main door... 2 magical words:: free entry (for us with student passes anyways. lol)
the first thing we see coming in is the lake. nice eh
llamas
Black Swan (hahaha This baru Swan lar Sean)
Some gothic looking cage, forgot what animal it contained... LOL
Emus
Sakura~ haha (tht time late spring mah, the flowers so nice, couldn't resist taking pics)

Oi you go zoo wui, why keep taking pictures of flowers only?
mainly because most of the animals were either sleeping or hiding from the unbearable heat of the afternoon sun. Some even tried removing their own skins!
told you so.
Me & Wendy in front of some elaborate structure built based on a fairytale theme
Magpies
Chipmunks in the nocturnal room
the cuteness!!! all together now, AWWWWWWWWWW~~~~~~~~
a wolf hiding behind some artifical trees for shade
A sea lion trying desperately to escape the heat
unfortunately, in the hot weather of Moscow's early summers, empty cages with its animals hiding in their respective dens were commonplace.
The Fat-ness!
speaking of which, the walruses were having some kind of territorial fight, with the leading female on land pushing the male walruses back into the water every time they tried to surface. I'd rather stay in the water though, The heat was unbearable.
elephants
Sean & Weena, this is MY school uniform, typical black t-shirt over whichever long pants i happen to feel like wearing & my basketball shoes.
Some animal building housing other exotic species that we were unable to visit due to the lack of time... some other trip maybe.
parakeet
bird-house
ostriches!!!
penguins
eeeeeeeee ooooooooooo aaaaaaaaaaaa
Other exotic birds in the bird house::
Fox
some exotic species of horse (can't tell the difference anyways)
Pumba?
Leopard
Siberian Tiger
Fastest creature on land... fast asleep
or so we thought. haha don't it look like it's thinking "wtf?"
Giraffe!!!
one of the hawks from the hawk cage
A former-soviet government apartment used to house government officials that could be seen from the zoo. Descendants of them still lived there.
tapir
wilderbeast
Dolphins in the dolphin show
White whale
Me on a walrus statue (lookalike contest?)

All in all i had a great time, although to tell you the truth if i wanted to see a bunch of animals sleeping i would've went to my friends' rooms at night. LOL jkjk

Sure worth a second visit
